Join Kristen for an afternoon of release, detoxification, community, tea, and treats. Yin is a subtle practice that consists of longer held poses. The poses require little to no muscle engagement to allow the practitioner to access and strengthen connective tissue in and around the joints. Yin creates space in the body and the mind and is an excellent compliment to the vinyasa practice.
Kristen will lead you through a Yin practice in a gentle, calming, and grounding manner and guide you into a blissful meditative state.
After a peaceful practice, attendees will hand crafted tea and vegan treat. The tea will be a special Société healing blend. The treat will be prepared by Kristen Carlson, using all natural and organic ingredients. Attendees will enjoy a delicious yin practice, tea, treat, and receive the recipes for tea and treat served.
